The Metamorphic Party is here today to make aware that we are here to cooperate and assist the Environmental Protection Council in the fight to defend our significant planet. In our battle to help, the MP plans to assist in numerous ways to try our best to improve the substantial and abundant amount of pollution. Our strategy is to limit the amount of fertilizer and type of fertilizer being used by farmers so we can depreciate the amount of runoff that is going into our water supplies. Limitation will be done on mining as well, the outcome of this will be less land being destroyed from any mining activities. Forestry will also be supervised to secure our wildlife and animals, in this way they have a safe home and that our trees are not all be destroyed. With the Metamorphic Party taking these steps we are going to do our part in contributing to help our environment by protecting our water supplies, the air that we breathe, and our wildlife. The Metamorphic Party wants to help Eric Greene and the rest of the EPC to take a big step to metamorph (change) and make a difference to save our planet.

The Refresh Party will be attending.

Our proposed speech:
"The environment is important to us, as we know it is to you. We will protect the environment, but also support private development. The Franklin Environmental Protection Agency will provide oversight of environmental concerns. We will keep the power to actually enforce these laws, and prohibit environmental degradation."

The WOP feels honored today as we are gathered for the 4th Annual National Convention of the EPC. The environment is such a beautiful place with such freedom. It is always a tragedy when our party hears about any environmental disrupting occurrences, such as the oil spill. Because of this, the WOP has generated many policies that will prevent actions of such to occur again.

Henry David Thoreau once said "What's the use of a fine house if you haven't got a tolerable planet to put it on?” Well, the WOP is here to support this statement. A green filled environment is granted to everyone, no matter their age, wealth, or nationality. The WOP has created the Environmental Waste Commission. This commission is in charge of overseeing companies and corporation’s wastes techniques. The EWC will also regulate the amount of hazardous gases that go into the atmosphere and the environment. Because we believe in such a clean, health, and safe environment for all we will apportion $12 billion for the Franklin Environmental Protection Agency with the oversight of environmental concerns. This agency will have the power to fine and/or prohibit environmental degradation.

There are numerous ways in which the FEPA will protect the environment along with the citizens of the Franklin States. They will set regulations on the amount of carbon dioxide and other harmful gases that are entering into the atmosphere to help reduce acid rain and protect marine and land wildlife. The FEPA will create new regulations on corporations dumping waste into lakes, streams, ponds, and rivers to prevent the contamination and mass extinction of species. There will be tax write-offs for citizens that are currently owing and/or paying for energy efficient homes and cars to prevent emissions from escaping into the atmosphere. To protect the fresh air coal-burning utilities will have limited use and metal-smelting will also have regulations.

The WOP believes that reducing or saving energy will also benefit the economy and the environment. Because the Franklin States of America is a large export of oil, we would like to encourage the use of energy efficient homes, cars, and appliances that can reduce the energy usage of the nation. We will apportion $10 billion that helps balance the production of oil, natural gas, and coal. We also support solar-powered energy, and hope to use solar-powered energy to help supply electricity to large corporations. We also would like to provide a limited amount of categorical grants to cities and/or businesses/large corporations so they can become more energy efficient.

The EPC cares, protects, and supports the environment’s health, as do the WOP. The WOP will stand by our policies proudly because we know that the environment is in good hands. Thank you for having the WOP here today and thank you for caring for our health.
